Cabana party 101
what to expect when you arrive
When you and your guests arrive You’ll
check in at
the front desk
Your reservation will be under your name, the event name and/or the company’s name. Please review your contract to see the name and/or comapny name you’ve provided to us.
Head on over to your
cabana
get settled in
You’ll be shown to your party space which includes reserved cabana(s) booth seating, benches and shuffleboard court(s). Space is reserved based on availability and guest count and generally available 15 minutes before the reservation start time.
We welcome decorations, balloons and cake… just make sure to bring forks, plates, tape and all the tidbits needed to enjoy.
All guests in attendance will be wrist-banded with a wristband specific to your party and unlimited drink package. Guests can order from your dedicated server or directly from the bar.
We recommend booking for your minimum confirmed guest count, as you’re always welcome to add guests at the start of the party (but we only offer a 10% guest count decrease with 48+ hours notice). Want to see what’s on the menu today?

Once your guests have settled in, one of our pros will gather the group for a short tutorial on the rules of the game and some tips on how to become a bad*ss shuffleboard player!
Check out the court and cabana minimums here! Space is reserved based on guest count and availability. There is no max capacity per reservation and we aren’t able to guarantee the availability of additional courts or cabanas once the contract is confirmed.

from the Indoor food truck
We recommend placing a catering order in advance for groups of 15+. All catering is set up on a banquet table within your party space, replenished and cleaned as needed. All guests are also welcome to order a la carte order (or start a tab) at the indoor truck.
All food service is organized and invoiced directly with the scheduled daily food vendor.

At the end of your party you’ll recieve a bill with your total balance due (including any additonal guests, drinks, etc). The check can be paid with a maximum of two cards.
You’re always welcome to hang out after the party ends. Just head to a public seating area, order drinks a la carte (or start a tab) and sign up for a walk in court.
